Fayetteville, AR – September 19, 2017 – Nathan Bogart will be speaking at this year’s Mid-South Chapter Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) to be held at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee on November 4th. The topic for the panel will be “The Case on Appeal: BIA & Circuit Court Appeals, Motions to Reopen, and Legal Research Techniques.” Nathan has been a member of the AILA since 2009 and has previously served on the organization’s national practice management committee. He also served as the Missouri-Kansas New Members Division liaison and the Panhandle Section Coordinator for the Texas Chapter. He currently serves as ICE liaison for the state of Arkansas.
